Jools is a graphical puzzle game in the tradition of Tetris. It is a clone of Bejeweled (TM), an excellent game which is currently available only for Windows, Mac, and Palm/Pocket PC devices. In a nutshell, the goal is to swap adjacent jools (jewels) within a grid, in order to create rows of three or more of a kind. These jools will then disappear, and more will fall to fill their places. Jools features nifty 3D rendered graphics.

L'objectif du jeu Bejeweled est d'éliminer le maximum de motifs en un temps déterminé.
Cette élimination est obtenue en alignant à minima 3 motifs identiques horizontalement ou verticalement.
Cet alignement est créé par permutation de 2 motifs entre eux, selon une méthode propre au jeu (par sélection des 2 motifs à permuter, ou par glisser-déposer d'un motif sur l'autre).
Les motifs éliminés provoquent la chute des motifs situés au dessus et l'arrivée de nouveaux motifs.
Les motifs éliminés rapportent des points, des combos (plusieurs alignements créés lors de l'effondrement des motifs) permettent de remporter des bonus.
Le jeu s'achève lorsqu'il n'y a plus de possibilité de permutation ou que vous avez dépassé le temps imparti.
