2018/02/16 : updated macOS release

There was a crash in the initial release of Hatari 2.1 for macOS when using the french language
and opening some preferences windows.
Also, buttons "reset" and "dont' reset" were inverted.

The file hatari-2.1.0_3_osx.dmg.zip fixes these 2 issues
